Responsibilities
Control of Chemicals and Hazardous Waste
Preparation of Risk Assessments (RA)
Investigation of accidents/incidents and coordination of Emergency Response Teams and Safety & Hygiene Committees
Conduct inspections to identify risks and monitor PPE compliance
Control of requirements for forklifts and drivers
Validate equipment to be used by employees and contractors prior to any high‐risk work
Coordinate EHS activities across different departments
Approval/release of new areas and machinery
Coordinate monthly management review meetings for EHS metrics
Coordinate improvement projects for machinery and equipment
Develop and deliver EHS training programs
Qualifications
Degree in Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in EHS supervision
Strong knowledge of legal EHS requirements
