PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Safety Director. This role will engage with supervisors and employees across a wide range of activities to implement and uphold ADM’s Health and Safety principles, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The position requires a strong skill set in injury prevention and regulatory compliance through program development, training, audits, and expert support to the Plant Manager.
