About the Role

ERM is seeking motivatedEHS Specialists (Startup and Validation)to join our team, providing onsite support for a leading pharmaceutical client’s new API facility in Lebanon, IN. This role offers an opportunity to work hands-on in a fast-paced operational readiness environment, supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance during startup and equipment validation activities. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) limited-term role, with a duration of 12 months. Project start anticipated in March 2026.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day EHS oversight during system startup and validation activities.
Conduct field observations to ensure compliance with safety procedures and hazard controls.
Support implementation and review of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and perform spot checks.
