EHS Specialist

Your Job As an EHS Specialist you will identify, reduce, and control occupational health, safety, and environmental risks across our facility. You will lead implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance (including operation of the waste treatment plant), and provide technical guidance to operations, medical services, security, and construction teams to maintain a safe, compliant workplace. Our Team You will join the DSS EHS function in Guadalajara, reporting to the EHS Coordinator and working closely with Operations, HR, Management, and external regulators. The role supervises an EHS Technician and supports cross-functional programs across production, quality, and supply-chain teams.
