About the Role

ERM is seeking anEHS Manufacturing Manager (Startup and Validation)to support onsite startup and validation activities across designated manufacturing areas of our client’s new Lebanon, IN API facility. In this role, you’ll act as the EHS lead for a specific manufacturing zone, managing safety performance, coordinating EHS oversight for commissioning and qualification work, and supervising a small team of EHS Specialists. This position reports to the Startup and Validation EHS Team Leader. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) limited term role, with a duration of 18 months. Project start anticipated in February 2026.
Responsibilities
Manage EHS implementation for a designated manufacturing zone during startup and validation phases.
Develop and execute LOTO programs and audits in alignment with site EHS strategies.
Review, approve, and train team members on Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Safe Work Permits.
