EHS Manager

Leading multinational manufacturing company is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety operations within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Implement and strengthen EHS programs and safety culture across operations. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations (NOM-STPS, Civil Protection, emissions, water discharges, waste management, COA, etc.). Lead ISO 14001 certification activities. Manage significant risk assessments, contractor safety, and high-risk activities (LOTO, confined spaces, work at heights, hot work). Coordinate emergency response plans, safety brigades, and EHS audits. Monitor leading and lagging EHS indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
