Job Description :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement fully standards
• Propose, execute and maintain continuous SHEAR training to relevant staff within the factory and to maintain a proper training record
• Carry out SHEAR audits from time to time and follow up with relevant parties to close gaps within an acceptable timeframe
• Maintain up to date factory SHEAR performance records and to prepare reports according to the reporting cycle
• Carry out accident investigations according to Saint-Gobain safety guidelines as and when required
• Liaise and maintain a cordial working relationship with relevant authorities
• As WCM Safety & Environment pillar champion, ensure that WCM targets are achieved

• Qualification in a technical degree and post graduate qualification as registered Safety, Environment
• 2-3 years experiences in similar position in a multinational company
