EHS Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting weekly and monthly EHS inspections (first aid boxes, fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, fire hydrants, pest control, and general workplace conditions).
• Support EHS compliance documentation and record-keeping in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, environmental regulations, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Assist in coordinating Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities such as fire drills, first aid readiness, chemical spill response programs, and related preparedness activities.
• Support the reporting and documentation of incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and assist in tracking corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in monitoring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and support PPE inventory management.
