EHS Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Lead the development and implementation of EHS compliance policies, including OSHA 1944 and EQA 1974.
2. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and advise management on their impact.
3. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments (HIRARC, EIA) to spot risks and recommend solutions.
4. Deliver training and guidance to employees and subsidiaries on compliance best practices.
5. Act as the go-to person for regulatory authorities and external auditors.
6. Investigate compliance issues swiftly and maintain through records.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

1. Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or Environmental Studies; certifications like OSH Coordinator, Safety and Health Officer, CePSWaM, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001 are a plus.
2. Minimum 3 years of EHS compliance experience, ideally in manufacturing.
