Coach required compliance material, including new requirements, updates, etc.
Develop and share important/relevant topics for safety/toolbox meetings.
Review and advise on important topics, identified gaps, and feedback.
Support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on safety boards.
Collaboration
Coach and advise on requirements for training, inspections, meetings, communications and other activities.
Support in establishing and maintaining Joint Health & Safety Committees.
Assist with EH&S-related information and attend branch monthly leadership meetings.
Coach, advise and collaboratively solve OHS concerns & roadblocks.
Share investigation outcomes, successes and innovations.
