About the Role

Details:

Daily Schedule: 7:30am to 3:00pm

 Job Requirements:
 Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (please upload certificate or proof of registration in upcoming course to your resume)
 Medium Lifting (up to 50 pounds)
 Training completed or to be completed if part of the job assignment:
 Toileting
 Personal Care
 Behaviour Management Support (i.e., assist with implementation and tracking of behaviour targets, de-escalation strategies, foster pro-social and conflict resolution skills, implement calming strategies, etc.)
 Medical Related Procedures (i.e. assist with catheterization, diabetes care, inhalation therapy, medication distribution, physiotherapy exercise, ostomy care, seizure management, suctioning, tube feeding, etc.)
 
 A related diploma or certificate from a recognized post secondary institution, including a formal practicum placement will be considered an asset.
