You’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates and a key link between students and hiring corporates. Key Responsibilities ● Connect with candidates to explain the program and align them for interviews. ● Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups for corporate interviews. ● Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations. ● Track candidate progress post-interview and ensure corporate selections convert into revenue. ● Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operational flow.
