Join Arborg Early Middle School as a Temporary Educational Assistant! This position allows you to assist students with their learning and behavioral needs during a dedicated morning shift.
Starting September 8, 2026, this part-time educational assistant role is vital for supporting students on their academic journey. You will engage in activities that promote social skills and assist with communication tasks. Your responsibilities also include supervising daily routines and contributing to library services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid students academically and socially to enhance learning
• Facilitate communication and speech-language exercises
• Support specific individualized programming for each student
• Assist in organizing library acquisitions and fairs
• Ensure student safety and manage personal care needs
Requirements:
• Graduate of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Para Educator Certificate is advantageous
• Experience in educational settings required
