About the Role

We are launching a structured art program in Dubai, focused on long-term learning pathways and workshop-based experiences for children, teens, and adults.

The program operates from a dedicated creative studio space and is currently in its foundational stage.

We are looking for an experienced education operations professional to take ownership of building and running the operational structure from the ground up.

The founder will focus on direction and key decisions.

You will lead operational systems, execution, and day-to-day coordination.
