About the Role
Ledcor is seeking an Edmonton Carpentry Training Specialist to support workforce development on the Edmonton LRT network. Leverage your carpentry and training skills to foster a culture of safety.
In this part-time role, you will conduct comprehensive hands-on training for carpentry tools and assess worker competency. Emphasizing safety and effective learning environments, you will also identify skill gaps and adapt training to help all team members succeed. Your contributions will directly support workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
