About the Role
**Job Description Summary**
The GE Aerospace Defense and Systems Edison Engineering Development Programme (EEDP) is an IET-accredited, two-year rotational graduate programme for early-career engineers who are passionate about technology, committed to technical excellence, and motivated to deliver against GE Aerospace’s Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost priorities. The programme accelerates development through hands-on project experience, structured technical and leadership training, and meaningful ownership of business-critical aerospace systems work.
Participants complete rotations across GE Aerospace sites in Warsaw, Poland and Cheltenham, UK, culminating in an off-programme role based in Warsaw, Poland.
