eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to manage the day-to-day Shopify store upkeep. This role involves ensuring our digital storefront runs smoothly, products are merchandised accurately, and the customer experience is optimized.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update our Shopify store, including product uploads, collection curation, and content refreshes.
• Manage the merchandising calendar and ensure timely product drops and seasonal refreshes.
• Coordinate eCommerce reporting — including product performance, conversion, and sell-through insights.
• Serve as the first line of defense for troubleshooting site issues, coordinating with developers when needed.
• Own all product data entry and content management: descriptions, pricing, images, tags, filters, and inventory sync.
