Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator who will be connecting different marketing functions to successfully execute ecommerce campaigns and other ecommerce operational needs.

This driven person will also need to manage relationships with Lazada and Shopee to learn about the latest tools and updates from the platforms. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to the Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Execute checklist of actionable items during campaigns
• Work with CRM, creative, marketplace platforms after campaign pricing is confirmed
• Create/Improve SKU listings to ensure our customer experiences are the best
• Handle all our website ( banners and freebies updates
• Submit forecast to operation team for them to plan manpower allocation
