Zipster is a fast-growing e-commerce brand making premium bamboo baby clothing and sleepwear. We sell direct-to-consumer across Europe and we’re scaling fast — new markets, new products, and a growing team.

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to own our supply chain, fulfilment, and operational infrastructure. You’ll work directly with our CEO and have full ownership of how product gets from supplier to customer. This is a hands-on role in a lean team — not a seat in a big corporate machine - so if you enjoy diverse challenges and problem solving, this could be perfect for you!
