Requirements
CONSIDERED FAVOURABLY 3 to 5 years of e-commerce experience across D2C, marketplaces, and ideally B2B platforms.
Shopify proficiency — you have managed a live store: catalogue, themes, apps, order flows. Marketplace fluency — comfortable navigating seller portals on a daily basis.
Performance marketing literacy — able to read Meta and Google reports, identify gaps, and hold an agency to account.
Agency management — experience scrutinising external design and advertising teams.
CRM and post-sales fluency — review management, logistics coordination, RTO reduction. Strong written communication — for briefs, copy, and product descriptions.
Analytical foundation — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and decisions backed by data. Toys or kids' products background
