Overview

eCommerce Manager EMEA at ZO Skin Health, Inc. The Digital Commerce Manager will lead e-commerce growth across EMEA, creating seamless digital journeys that drive awareness, trial, and conversion while linking online purchasers with medical clinics. Overseeing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, optimizing site performance and ROI, and shaping digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social, and CRM. Partnering with global and local teams to ensure aligned execution and impactful results.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce & Digital Strategy Development and Execution
• Launch and expand e-commerce across all direct EMEA markets (UK, UAE, Nordics, Benelux, France, Switzerland, Italy).
