About the Role
Managing brand stores on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
Implementing monthly promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Coordinating with marketing, design and logistics teams
Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics
Updating product listings, pricing and inventory
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce operations (1–2 years preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or any related field
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and third-party tools such as Site Giant
Skills and Competencies
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheet
Strong Communication Skills, able to provide concise information
Market Competitors Analysis & Ecommerce Data Compilation skill
Positive work attitude and able to work without much supervision
