About the Role
PlanLab Solutions is looking for a professional, detail-oriented E-commerce Email & Live Chat Support Representative to join our growing support team. This role is strictly focused on handling customer support for ecommerce stores and marketplaces, including Shopify, Amazon, , Walmart, and WooCommerce, in a process-driven, SLA-based support environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of e-commerce customer support experience, strong written English skills, and hands-on experience with CRM, ticketing systems, and ecommerce platforms. You will support international customers, resolve order-related and product inquiries, and ensure all interactions meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards....
