Ecommerce Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to help manage and optimize our Shopify store day-to-day. This role supports product uploads, website merchandising, promotions, content updates, reporting, and customer experience improvements—helping ensure our online store runs smoothly and performs strongly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update our Shopify storefront (product pages, collections, navigation, homepage updates)
• Upload and manage products including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, tags, variants, and SEO fields
• Coordinate promotions, discounts, sales campaigns, and seasonal launches
• Assist with website content updates (banners, featured products, landing pages)
• Monitor site performance and report on key ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales)
