A product-based ecommerce business selling across wholesale and multiple sales channels. The company operates with a lean team and is focused on scaling wholesale revenue while improving visibility, reporting, and execution across Faire, Shopify, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Role Overview

This role supports wholesale growth and ecommerce execution by owning
operational reporting, prospecting, and email deployment
, not strategy.

The VA will focus on two primary areas and one supporting area:

1. Cross-channel reporting and insights
2. Wholesale prospecting and outreach execution (primarily via Faire)
3. Email marketing implementation support for both wholesale and DTC
   , working under internal leadership

Email creative, messaging, and strategy are handled internally. This role ensures campaigns are
built, deployed, QA'd, tracked, and reported
