About the Role
Care Outlook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electronic Call Monitoring officer to join our Hackney team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that medication administration is in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The successful candidate will have experience with an electronic medication management system (ECM) and a strong understanding of medication administration policies and procedures.
As an Electronic Call Monitoring Officer/Administrator, you will be offered the following:
