Role Overview The Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) Planning Coordinator will be responsible for strategically planning extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience. This role involves designing a diverse, balanced, and engaging ECA calendar that fosters student development, creativity, and community building. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) calendar aligned with academic schedules • Research and propose new ECA programs, clubs, competitions, and initiatives based on student interests • Coordinate with faculty, students, and external organizations to plan activities • Prepare budgets, proposals, and resource plans for ECA events • Liaise with vendors, speakers, and external partners for ECA planning • Ensure all ECA planning complies with institutional policies and standards • Track student participation data and generate reports on ECA engagement • Collaborate cl...
