Optimizes organizational performance by enhancing the alignment and efficiency of business processes and by ensuring continuous, sustained improvement across the enterprise through the implementation of Envista Business System tools and methodologies. Includes focus areas like Innovation, Growth, and Lean. Includes EBS trainers.

Job Requirements

• Technical Masters’ Degree or MBA preferred
• Lean Tool experience – cellular manufacturing, 5S, Std. Work, Kanban, VSM, TPI, PSP
• Strong process mindset and experience with standard work, EBS Certifications preferred
• Capable of working with and influencing all levels of the organization
• Effective coaching, mentoring skills and group facilitation skills
• Project management and leadership skills
• Advanced English proficiency (95%).
