Eaton Electrical Tester Afternoon Shift

Eaton is looking for an Electrical Tester for its afternoon shift at the Milton, Ontario site. Perform critical testing and inspection work to ensure high-quality electrical products.
This role involves inspecting and testing a variety of electrical components and assemblies to ensure they meet established standards. Ideal candidates will engage with a diverse team and contribute to quality assurance processes while being hands-on in this essential testing function within Eaton’s manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct final tests on electrical products prior to shipment
• Verify components against design specifications and standards
• Troubleshoot and support product rework issues
• Document and manage testing records systematically
• Collaborate on continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Completion of a post-secondary program in electrical/electronics
