Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Sexologist or Psychoeducator EAP Counsellor

Brossard, QC – Permanent – 3 to 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide short‑term counselling to individuals through the Employee Assistance Program when they need support most.
• Adapt interventions to fit your personal style and address a diverse client base with varied issues.
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note‑taking.
• Participate in team meetings and peer groups, engaging in open discussions and shared learning.

Qualifications

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field.
• Be a registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ.
• Have at least five years of clinical experience.
• Be able to set short‑term goals and use a solution‑focused approach.
