About the Role

EA/Legal Assistant – Job #5115
Our client, one of downtown’s most respected law firms, is looking for an EA/LAA to support senior level management as well as a corporate/real estate team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive support to the firm’s senior level management team as well as the real estate practice group
Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Function as a liaison person for internal teams and clients, prioritizing urgent matters
Manage multiple Outlook calendars, key dates, bring forward systems, internal and external meetings, and anticipate future events
Assist with meeting preparation, presentations, and special projects as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and submit expense reports
Follow instructions to prepare, format, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
