About the Role
Position Title: Executive Assistant
Reporting To: Operations Cluster Head
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Role Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Cluster Head, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives, compliance with organizational processes, and effective coordination across regional sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Perspective
Gather and review Site KPIs monthly; identify out-of-trend KPIs and communicate corrective actions to relevant sites.
Ensure KPI review with Regional Head within 20 working days of the current month.
Monitor Active Capex projects for the Financial Year, ensuring timely initiation and adherence to approved schedules.
2. Customer Perspective
Facilitate timely approval of Capex, ADN, ATS, MDN, Track-wise PRs, and Aspire ideas within 1 day post Regional Head’s go-ahead.
Coordinate with sites for R&D and SGO work plans; ensure Opex and Capex planning within st...
