Roles:

Schedule and manage the MD's appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Act as the first point of contact-screen phones, emails and visitors, and pass on only urgent or essential matters to leadership.

Coordinate shipment or return of jewellery samples, liaising with suppliers and certification labs discreetly, especially ahead of client views or production deliveries.

Prepare briefs and documents for meetings-client quotes, design overviews, showroom or exhibition notes-for the MD's review.

Draft follow‑up correspondence, thank‑you notes or order confirmations to clients, suppliers or labs, then file them efficiently.
