A leading regional telecom operator is seeking a Video & Fixed Services Specialist (L2) to support the full Engineering → Implementation → Operations cycle for fixed internet, TV cable, and in-home wireless services across several LATAM markets.

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, regional exposure, and a passion for service stability.

What You’ll Do

• Provide L2 operational support for fixed broadband, TV cable, One TV-type platforms, and home connectivity services
• Troubleshoot incidents escalated from Level 1 teams across multiple countries
• Participate in the E2E lifecycle: engineering, implementation, and operations
• Join an on‑call rotation once per week (after‑hours coverage)
