1. Role Summary

:The Consultant will support end to end IT and e Governance procurement activities, including bid preparation, evaluation support, and contract finalization in line with government norms

2. Key Responsibilities

• :Understanding requirement and gap analysis including documentation of functional specifications, timelines, and costing models
• .Preparation of EoI / RFP / RFQ, including SoW, eligibility criteria, technical and commercial evaluation criteria, SLAs, penalties, and payment milestones
