About the Role

Job Description
e-Discovery Litigation Law Clerk (Contract)
Salary: Up to $85K

Key Responsibilities
Assisting Lawyers with all aspects of the document collection, processing, review and production processes;

Organizes complex, multi-party construction files;

Coordinates, reviews and interprets required evidence;

Reviews witness testimony;

Review documents and prepare chronologies;

Drafts lists of documents, correspondence, and/or pleadings;

Coordinates examinations for discovery and trial dates;

Prepares all necessary court applications;

Executes title searches or other necessary legal research;

Use litigation support and eDiscovery software (Relativity) to support legal work;

Assist through mediation, arbitration, and litigation process;
