About the Role
As a CRM Marketing Executive at CMC Markets, you will own the build, optimisation, and reporting of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that reach millions of clients worldwide. Based in Warsaw, you’ll report to the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager and collaborate daily with product, data, and regional marketing teams. Your mission: Deliver personalised customer journeys that drive activation, retention, and lifetime value across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer communication flows across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and engaging
Run experiments (A/B or multivariate tests) to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
Ensure marketing communications are accurate, well-tested, and aligned with compliance requirements
