An e-Concierge serves as a key digital point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests before, during, and after their stay, providing convenient access to hotel services and local recommendations through digital platforms.
**What will I be doing?

- Provide accurate information, suggestions, and booking assistance for hotel services and local experiences such as tours, restaurants, wellness appointments, and transportation.
- Assist with digital check-in and check-out processes and facilitate contactless service requests.
- Coordinate the delivery and tracking of Guest requests such as amenities, housekeeping, or special arrangements.
- Stay updated on hotel events, promotions, and VIP preferences to ensure personalized and timely communication.
