We're seeking a creative and performance-driven E-Commerce Video Editor to join a fast-growing online brand. This role is all about producing high-converting ad creatives that sell. You'll work closely with the founders to craft short-form video ads that capture attention, engage audiences, and deliver measurable returns on ad spend (ROAS).

What You'll Do

• Edit and produce engaging e-commerce ad videos using provided footage and B-roll.
• Build multiple ad variations designed to test and optimize ROAS.
• Apply best practices in pacing, hooks, and storytelling for online sales.
