E-commerce QA Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce QA Specialist (UI/UX & Functional) to own Pre-Launch Acceptance QA across our Shopify projects.

This role is not focused on automated testing or backend engineering QA. Instead, you will act as the final quality gate before client delivery, ensuring that what we launch is visually accurate, functionally sound, and aligned with client expectations.

This role is:
Manual QA - UI/UX-focused - Business-flow-focused - Client-facing quality assurance

This role is NOT: Automation QA - Backend or API testing - Load or performance testing - Security testing

You will work closely with Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to validate that the delivered site meets design intent, UX standards, and real-world eCommerce usage scenarios.

This role is a cornerstone of our Delivery QA (Client-Facing Quality) strategy.
