E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager who will own the day-to-day execution of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Task Management

• Manage office-based teams including Creative, Customer Support, Website & Operations
• Assign daily/weekly tasks and ensure timely execution
• Follow up on deliverables and resolve execution bottlenecks
• Ensure accountability and productivity across teams

E-Commerce Operations

• Oversee product listings, pricing updates, and promotions
• Coordinate with creatives for banners, ads, and product content
• Ensure smooth order flow between the website, customer support, and logistics
• Monitor daily sales, order status, and operational performance

Process & Workflow Optimization

• Create and improve SOPs
• Improve efficiency through better task tracking and documentation
