About SITU

SITU is a size-inclusive women's wear brand (XS–6XL) under CK Creation, built around comfort, fit, and everyday style. We sell on our own Shopify store and major marketplaces including Myntra and Ajio, with manufacturing and sampling based in Jaipur and operations headquartered in Chennai. As we scale across channels, we need someone who can own the operational backbone that keeps every order moving correctly from click to delivery.

Role Overview

This is a full-ownership operations role, not a support function. You will be the single point of accountability for order flow, inventory accuracy, dispatch, courier escalations, returns/exchanges, and reconciliations across all our sales channels. You will work closely with the founders and need to be someone who catches the ₹50 discrepancy nobody else notices and chases a stuck courier without being asked twice.
