E-Commerce Operation Executive

Assist in create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images. (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).

Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse and related teams as needed.

Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.

Identify and elevate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.

Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
