About the Role
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end e-commerce operations
- Proven expertise in seller platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and online live commerce is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret e-commerce data and performance metrics
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize product listings, merchandising, and overall store design to improve visibility and conversion
- Monitor and maintain store health per platform, including checking for errors and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
