E-commerce & MIS Associate

About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven E-commerce Operations & MIS Executive with strong D2C experience who understands reporting inside out.
This is a numbers-first role. You will be responsible for building and managing structured MIS across our Shopify website and marketplaces — ensuring accurate performance tracking, SKU-level analysis, and inventory visibility.
If you love dashboards, contribution margins, and making sense of raw data — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Data, Reporting & MIS
Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards
Track SKU-level performance across website & marketplaces
Prepare CM1 / CM2 and channel-level contribution reports
Maintain updated product master data across SKUs, ingredients, vendor info, etc.
Monitor AOV, conversion rate, repeat %, category mix, and margin trends
Support monthly performance reviews with structured insights
Inventory & Fulfilment Support
