About the Role
- Plan and execute live stream operations, including content strategy, product selection, live room management, and conversion-focused campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- Develop high-quality live stream content plans, identify trending topics, and continuously enhance content effectiveness to drive engagement and sales.
- Coordinate end-to-end live stream projects (pre-live, live, post-live), including scripting, product matching, system setup, and cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless execution.
- Continuously monitor backend performance metrics , including traffic, KPIs, fan engagement, and conversion data, and implement real-time, data-driven strategies to optimize live stream effectiveness, audience retention, and revenue outcomes.
- Build and lead the live stream team, oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and process improvements informed by backend insights and operational analytics
