1. E-Commerce Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces
• Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date (pricing, images, descriptions, promotions)
• Coordinate order fulfilment, inventory availability, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
• Proactively monitor platform compliance, store performance, customer reviews, and service level KPIs, and take timely action to address any issues.
• Proactively track stock aging, identify slow-moving and near-expiry inventory, and implement effective clearance strategies ahead of expiry.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Own and drive sales performance, revenue targets, and profitability (P&L) for assigned markets or platforms
• Plan and execute campaigns, mega sales, and promotional activities (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
