Digital Commercial Leadership
- Owns ecommerce commercial KPIs (Traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue, New customers volume) that deliver commercial growth
- Develops annual digital commercial plans—including revenue targets, KPIs, and investment priorities. Optimises product, pricing, promotion strategy.
- Leads forecasting, website trading performance, and weekly performance cadence.
