About the Role
**E-commerce & D2C Leader:**
The role is responsible for development / implementation of the eCommerce sales strategy for Philips, development and optimization of sales via digital channels.
**Your role:**
+ Responsible for individual markets and manages the local Joint Business Plan (JBP) with all related trade investments in compliance with the regional plan for E-tailer. The focus will be to drive sell out, consumer pull and consumer activation including e-trade activities. He/she will also have a local alignment and coordination role to secure synergies with other channels in the market.
+ Drive sell-out, ensure profitability and growth of the E-tailer accounts by continuously optimizing the e- fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.
