The Company
Our client is a growing freight forwarding and logistics business, specialising in international e-commerce shipments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator to become a key point of contact between customers, depots, customs, and internal operations.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in an operational environment, and has experience within freight forwarding, logistics and e-commerce fulfilment.
The Role
- Monitor incoming air and sea freight shipments
- Review customs declarations and shipment documentation
